About Me

I have coaching experience at Division I Women's Basketball, Division II Men's Basketball, Division III Men's Basketball, NAIA Women's basketball, Professional Basketball, AAU Girl's Basketball and Boy's and Girl's high school basketball. I've observed and learned from the best. I've used that knowledge and thirst for learning to become one of the best.

Basketball is more than X's and O's. It's more than taking and making shots. I've designed an analytical system to determine, through mathematical percentages, how to improve offensive efficiency. This system is one-of-a-kind and unparalleled in the industry. Using it will help you understand your team's strengths and weaknesses as they relate to positive and negative tendencies.

My Philosophy

The good news is that I have taken 37 years of experience and research and condensed it for you. Learning has been a lifelong process for me in every aspect of sports, especially basketball. Painful outcomes have propelled me to never make the same mistake twice. Be the best you can be at every facet of your craft. Always continue to learn!

My philosophy on this coaching system is simple: The desire to prepare to win is more important than the desire to win. Anyone can show up on game day.
